We are proud to announce that Ecocur has received the license to use the Paraguay Country Brand, granted by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC) through REDIEX.

What does it mean to be a Country Brand company?

The Paraguay Country Brand is the identity our country presents to the world. The license is granted to companies with export capacity that show a commitment to quality and to high standards in their operations. Those who carry it commit to representing the best of Paraguay in international markets.

For us, this recognition confirms something we have been working on since day one: that a product made in Paraguay, from recycled raw material, can compete on quality across the region.

From end-of-life tires to quality flooring

At our plant in Villa Hayes we turn end-of-life tires into SBR and EPDM rubber tiles for playgrounds, gyms, sports areas and outdoor spaces. Every tile gives a second life to waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or burned in the open.

Our commitment to quality is backed by independent laboratory testing:

Playground safety: compliance with the ABNT NBR 16071 standard for impact absorption, for fall heights of up to 1.0 m.

Non-toxic product: phthalate content below regulatory limits (INTI test, Argentina) and heavy-metal migration controls.

Color stability: low color variation under accelerated UV aging.

Precision: controlled thickness tolerance and verified compressive strength.

This journey was also supported by the Circular Opportunities 2022, Resilient Asunción 2022 and Circular and Resilient Asunción 2023–2024 programs.

Taking Paraguay to the world

Today our products already reach Argentina and other markets. With the Country Brand we strengthen our regional expansion plan and our search for distributors in Latin America, showing that Paraguayan industry can be synonymous with quality and sustainability.
